The Warranty Care Plus "On-Site Warranty" allows the purchaser to enhance the Brother standard warranty from return-to-base to an on-site service where required. This does not alter any of the Brother Limited Warranty Statement terms and conditions. |

Customers may only elect to enhance Brother’s standard warranty through the purchase of a Warranty Care Plus "On-Site Warranty" within a maximum of 14 days of purchasing eligible Brother product(s). |

Warranty Care Plus "On-Site Warranty" provides best effort next day response once a call has been logged with Brother’s Product Support Centre. This service is available within 50km of the GPO in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Canberra; otherwise 30km within the radius of a Brother nominated Authorised On-Site Warranty Centre. It is the responsibility of the purchaser of a Brother Warranty Care Plus "On-Site Warranty" to ensure that a Brother Authorised On-Site Warranty Centre is available in their location prior to the Warranty Care Plus "On-Site Warranty" purchase. |

Warranty Care Plus "On-Site Warranty" may only be purchased for Brother brand models nominated by Brother as eligible. Customers applying for Warranty Care Plus must provide a copy of their proof of purchase on application. |

The Warranty Care Plus "On-Site Warranty" also allows the customer access to the Brother telephone support free of charge, excluding the cost of the call. This will allow the diagnosis of minor problems that may potentially be resolved over the phone and minimise product downtime. |

Warranty Care Plus "On-Site Warranty" does not cover non-manufacturer related defects and is subject to the same terms and conditions listed in the Brother Limited Warranty Statement. It is important for the holder of Warranty Care Plus to ensure product failure is not related to paper jams, operator error, etc, otherwise repair fees will apply. For this reason the customer must discuss the problem with our Product Support Centre before logging a service call so that any operator related problems can be avoided. |

Brother will make all reasonable efforts to correct the fault. The customer is responsible for providing safe access to customer’s site and products, and for ensuring that an adult representative is present while service is being performed. An additional charge may be billed to customer for: cleaning, general servicing requests and products that are found not defective. Relocation of the machine is not included in this warranty, and relocation costs are the responsibility of the customer. |
