IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The following must be read in conjunction with the Brother Limited Warranty Statement and the “DEFINITIONS” section. |

The Warranty Care Plus “Extended Warranty” allows the purchaser to enhance the warranty of eligible Brother products for an additional period beyond the Brother standard warranty. All other terms and conditions contained in the Brother Limited Warranty Statement apply. |

Customers may only elect to enhance Brother’s standard warranty through the purchase of a Warranty Care Plus “Extended Warranty” within a maximum of 14 days of purchasing eligible Brother product(s). |

Warranty Care Plus “Extended Warranty” may only be purchased for Brother brand models nominated by Brother as eligible. Customers applying for enhancement of Brother’s standard warranty must provide a copy of their proof of purchase on application. |

The Warranty Care Plus “Extended Warranty” also allows the customer access to the Brother telephone support free of charge, excluding the cost of the call. This will allow the diagnosis of minor problems that may potentially be resolved over the phone and minimise product downtime. |

Warranty Care Plus “Extended Warranty” is offered on a back to base basis only. This means that the customer is required to take the product covered by Warranty Care Plus “Extended Warranty” to the nearest Brother Authorised Warranty Centre for repair, and to collect it when the repair is completed. |
